SuperMaMa is growing!

28.09.2020

The rapid growth of the SuperMaMa activities at UNIVIE made it necessary to move the experiment to a larger lab.

The rapid growth and progress of our SuperMaMa activities made it necessary to move the experiment from a small 12 m² lab, used for the SUMO seed project, into a new 40m² lab.

This meant disassembling the entire mass spectrometer and reassembling it withi the additional parts divised by the SuperMaMa team.

Steve Daly, from our Mass spectrometry partner MSVISION in Almere/NL, joined us in Vienna for two weeks in September, to contribute with his expertise in mass spectrometry and photo-cleavage.
